This show. There’s no forced drama. There’s no unnecessary misunderstandings. There’s only adult otaku couples who are mature enough to keep their relationships afloat. The best part, it’s all solved in just one episode.
Out of the romance anime I’ve watched so far, this one simply breaks a lot of barriers. Everyone is chill with their hobbies and no one is even against it at all. They all respect their own interests. Once in a while there’s some drama to spice things up yet it always wraps up in the most satisfying way. Even the cast feel like actual people going through a genuine relationship.
I applaud this anime for showing actual adults as the main focus instead of high school students. It’s tiring for me to watch something familiar but nothing happens in the end. (Looking at you Just Because!) The OP and ED is also becoming one my favorites this season and I can’t wait to hear the full version.
Out of the shows airing this stacked season, you definitely shouldn’t miss this one.
